Position Overview
The Assistant Project Manager will support the Senior Project Manager in overseeing and
delivering civil engineering projects from start to finish. This role combines leadership
responsibilities with a strong technical focus, offering opportunities for career progression within
the organization.
● With Degree: Pathway from Designer → Project Manager → Department Manager
● Without Degree: Growth up to Senior Project Manager (management track unavailable)
Key Responsibilities
● Assist in managing projects through all phases, from planning to completion
● Oversee and coordinate staff to ensure project efficiency and quality
● Report directly to the Senior Project Manager
● Engage in technical aspects of project design and execution
● Ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements
● Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
● Strong local project experience in Las Vegas
● Experience with shopping centers, office buildings, warehousing, and multi-family
projects
Education & Licenses
● Civil Engineering degree required (license not immediately necessary; geographic
location does not impact license eligibility)
Compensation & Benefits
● Hourly Rate: $45/hour (DOE)
● Salary Range: Up to $105,000 annually (flexible based on experience)
